Rights and License Agreement

Types of Licenses :

1. Master Resell Rights (MRR)

   • Products with MRR allow you to resell the product to others. You can pass on the same resale rights to your customers. This means your customers can also resell the product.

   • You cannot modify the product or claim it as your own.

2. Private Label Rights (PLR)

   • Products with PLR give you the flexibility to modify, edit, and rebrand the product as your own. You can change the content, add your own name, and market it as your creation.

   • However, you cannot resell the product with resell rights, master resell rights, or private label rights to others. The modified product can only be sold directly to end users or consumers who will use it for their personal use.

3. Combined MRR and PLR

   • Some of our products come with both MRR and PLR. This means you can modify the product and resell it with either type of license.

• Product Documentation

  • Each product file contains specific details about the license type (MRR, PLR, or both). It is essential to read the accompanying documentation to understand the usage rights for each product.

• No License Information

  • If a product file does not include any specific license information, it means the product comes with both MRR and PLR. You can modify, rebrand, and resell the product as you see fit.

General Guidelines :

• Product Usage

  • Ensure you comply with the license terms for each product. Failure to adhere to the specified rights may result in a breach of our agreement and potential legal consequences.

• Redistribution and Reselling

  • You are permitted to redistribute and resell our products in accordance with the license type. For MRR products, do not modify the content. For PLR products, you can modify and rebrand the product, but you can only sell it directly to end users or consumers for their personal use. You cannot pass on the resell rights to others.

• Modification Rights

  • Only products with PLR can be modified. MRR products must remain unchanged unless otherwise stated in the product documentation.

We reserve the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for any changes.
